Description

About our Course

The University Foundation’s level 3 introduction to management curriculum awards 60 credits, or one A level. It is intended for students who want to expand their career chances or get university admission or management experience in order to get promoted. It is especially appropriate for experienced team leaders who want to advance to a higher managerial position. For individuals who have studied business-related courses at Level 2 or 3 and want to acquire the skills and abilities necessary for work in a management setting, it will also offer an entry-level qualification.

The credential is intended to give younger managers, both aspiring and experienced, a more comprehensive understanding of effective management techniques while emphasizing crucial workplace-specific management topics. Training in leadership and management is crucial for the expansion of any firm, especially in fast-paced, high-tech workplaces where employees must adapt quickly to changing circumstances. The ability to lead, inspire, and communicate—qualities that are thought to be important to attaining organizational success—is frequently absent.

There are six modules and six written assignments in this university foundation program on introduction to management level 3. Each module has roughly forty guided learning hours in it. Students will have access to a variety of study tools while obtaining the credential, including webinars, tutor help, a social learning forum, and extra materials for their graduate business course.

Students who successfully complete this course earn a fully accredited “Qualifi level 3 diploma in introduction to management,” which is overseen by Ofqual. Following that, students will have the chance to apply to a number of UK universities for admission to a full undergraduate degree program. Students may also choose to study our level 4/5 diploma in management and then finish their undergraduate studies at any of the UK’s institutions by topping it up.

This course is eligible for ELCAS funding.
