The 240-credit level 4 diploma in entrepreneurship and the level 5-diploma in business management, which place a strong emphasis on innovation and entrepreneurship within medium-to large-sized businesses, are designed to give future CEOs and business managers the tools they need to succeed in the corporate world.

By finishing the management and entrepreneurship course at levels 4 and 5, which is comparable to the first two years of an undergraduate course, students can progress to the final year of an undergraduate degree program at a university.


About our Course

With an emphasis on innovation and entrepreneurship within medium-to large-sized businesses, the 240-credit level 4 diploma in entrepreneurship and the level 5 diploma in business management are intended to equip business managers and the CEOs of the future with the skills necessary to succeed in the business world.

Students can advance to the final year of an undergraduate degree program at a university by completing the management and entrepreneurship course at levels 4 and 5, which is equivalent to the first two years of an undergraduate course.

There are ten level 4 and ten level 5 modules in this course. Written assignments (six at level 5 and ten at level 4) and a single multiple-choice test will be used to evaluate each module. To enrol onto the level 4 course, you must be at least 18 and have a full secondary education. Before enrolling onto the level 5 course, you must have attained a level 4 or equivalent.

Managing business operations

The purpose of this module is to familiarize students with the essential elements of all businesses and the ways in which they function both internally and in the larger business environment. Students will acquire knowledge and comprehension of essential business operations and how crucial they are to an organization’s success.

Business environment

The purpose of this module is to increase the learner’s understanding of the business environment and how it affects organizations. This include exterior effects as well as elements that mold the interior environment. With this understanding, students will be able to create strategies for handling change.

Personal effectiveness

This program looks at the importance of time management and the abilities of various learning philosophies. It explores the abilities that managers must acquire in order to make decisions and handle problems. It also talks about the subject of managing stress.

The entrepreneurial manager

This module aims to identify competing perspectives on the nature of entrepreneurial management as both a function and a process supporting the process of organisational change and development.

Business planning and goal setting

Psychology of entrepreneurship

Marketing and sales planning

Learners will analyse how markets, customers, competitors and products can come together in a cohesive plan.
