About our Course

Do you wish to lead and manage human resources effectively? The 120-credit level 7 Human Resource Management course is intended to support middle and senior managers in managing their companies and to help them advance to higher positions within their organizations. Supervisors must be aware of problems, able to evaluate possible repercussions and results, and able to choose the appropriate course of action. They don’t have to be experts in every facet of business, but they should have a general understanding of the various specialized resources available and how they might help with their assigned duties.

This course is made up of 6 modules and gives learners the ability to progress onto the final year of a postgraduate degree.

Learners will be expected to hold a level 6 qualification or a first degree. In certain circumstances, managers with considerable experience but no formal qualifications may be considered.

This course is eligible for ELCAS funding.
