About our Course
The 240-credit level 4/5 diploma in business management is intended to accelerate students to the last year of a related undergraduate degree in business and management. This degree can be earned remotely or on site at a UK university.
The first year of a university degree is equal to the level 4 modules and assignments in this course. The tasks and modules at Level 5 correspond to the second year of a university degree.
Ten level 4 modules (120 credits) and ten level 5 modules (120 credits) make up this course. Six written tasks are included in each level. A student will obtain 120 credits and be eligible to apply for an exemption from the first year of a university degree course if they choose to study just at level 4.
Every module includes roughly 40 hours of guided instruction and an extra 30 to 50 hours of optional instruction. These resources include suggested books, suggested tasks, and online sources.
This course is eligible for ELCAS funding.

The marketing mix
using and investigating the marketing mix as a component of the process of business planning.
Strategic HRM
This subject examines people and employees as a company’s most valuable resource. Bring in the best, give them the best, and keep the best.
Managing ethically
Examine the several management ideas, models, and contexts that they apply to.
Culture and the organisation
By culture, what do we mean? Why does it matter? What variations exist amongst organizations?
Customers and customer service
Customers are viewed in this module as the center of any firm.
Fundamentals of accounting
After completing this session, students will have a better understanding of accounts and how to use them to reveal information about the organization’s health.
Financial management and control

The entrepreneurial manager

Politics and business
The influence of politics on business and its potential benefits and drawbacks. Students will learn about government support, exports, and the economic consequences in this session.
Business law
Explore the statutory responsibilities of managers as learners look into the legalities of business and business executives.
Managing in today’s world
Business in the modern world. This module focuses on governance and equality as a means to do right in business.
Performance management

Marketing and sales planning

Assignments
Each level of the Qualifi level 4/5 diploma program in business management consists of six written assignments. Each assignment is between two and three thousand words long. Students can access the ‘Tutor’ part of the learning portal to receive assistance with the courses and assignments.
