Make Sure You Always Get The Best Experience
Dear future students, the time is running out! Get ready to study in September 2023.
The following steps must be followed to apply for a Tier 4 student visa for the UK:
1. Choose a programme and a college or university listed with the UKVI. Verify that the course you have selected satisfies the criteria for a Tier 4 visa.
2. Prepare the required paperwork, including a current passport, a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) from the college or university you plan to attend, financial records proving you have enough money to pay your tuition and living expenses, and proof of your English language ability.
3. Use the UKVI website to submit your online visa application. You must set up an account, fill out the application with your personal information, course information, and financial information.
4. Pay the visa application fee, which varies based on your location and course length.
5. Make an appointment to deliver your biometric data at a visa application centre (fingerprints and a photograph).
6. Participate in the appointment and supply your biometric data. Your passport and CAS are among the supporting documents that must be submitted.
7. Attend to the outcome of your visa application. Processing normally takes a few weeks, though it depends vary on your region and the season.
8. If your visa application is accepted, a visa vignette will be placed in your passport, enabling you to visit the UK. A biometric residence permit (BRP) must be obtained within 10 days of your arrival in the UK.
It’s essential to start the visa application process well in advance of your intended travel date, as it can take some time to gather all the necessary documents and schedule an appointment at a visa application centre.
