Managing business operations

The purpose of this module is to increase the learner’s understanding of the business environment and how it affects organizations. Personal effectiveness
This program looks at the importance of time management and the abilities of various learning philosophies. It explores the abilities that managers must acquire in order to make decisions and handle problems. It also talks about the subject of managing stress.
