About our Course
The goal of the Level 4 Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management is to provide students with a specialized education that instills a deep comprehension of critical elements in the Logistics and Supply Chain Management industry. The Level 4 units provide an overview of current business and LCSM issues. These units foster the development and enhancement of skills and insights in academic and research capabilities, logistics and the business environment, operations management, effective performance, planning and accountability, finance, communication, management, and teamwork. They do this by integrating both theoretical and practical knowledge. A successful completion of this qualification prepares students for a variety of careers in supply chain management and logistics, as well as future academic endeavors.
A university degree’s first year is equal to the Level 4 modules and assignments in this course, and its second year is equal to the Level 5 modules and assignments.
The 240-credit online course, Level 4/5 Logistics and Supply Chain Management, consists of 6 modules and 6 written assignments at the level 4 and 10 modules and 6 assignments at the level 5. The goal of the course is to give you the tools you need to advance to a full undergraduate degree and pursue a career in supply chain and logistics. Students will have access to a range of support resources during the course, such as webinars and tutor support, a social learning forum, and extra materials to aid in finishing their diploma course.

Course Content Level 5
The entrepreneurial manager

Organisation structures

Throughout this module, learners will do tasks in accounts to gain an understanding of what the accounts are saying us and the actions that analysis can trigger.
Business planning and goal setting
What does the company want to accomplish? How is it going to behave? How is it going to accomplish that? The development of precise plans and goals in order to accomplish precise objectives is the main topic of this module.
Politics and business
The influence of politics on business and its potential benefits and drawbacks. Students will learn about government support, exports, and the economic consequences in this session.
Business law
Explore the statutory responsibilities of managers as learners look into the legalities of business and business executives.
Managing in today’s world
Business in the modern world. This module focuses on governance and equality as a means to do right in business.

Assignments
Six written assignments are required for the level 4 diploma in supply chain management and logistics. Each assignment is between two and three thousand words long. Students can access the ‘Tutor’ part of the learning portal to receive assistance with the courses and assignments.
