About our Course
The 120-credit Level 4 Diploma in Human Resource Management is designed to equip students with essential skills for excelling in management, particularly focusing on human resources within medium to large-scale enterprises. Acquiring these skills provides significant advantages and opens up opportunities across various industries such as banking, broadcasting, hospitality, and healthcare, preparing students for careers in diverse organizational settings.
The Level 4 course is equivalent to the first two years of an undergraduate degree program, enabling students to progress to the final year of a university undergraduate degree.
This course consists of ten Level 4 modules, each featuring written assignments (10 in total) and a single multiple-choice test per module for assessment. Our team of experienced academics has developed comprehensive, tailored lessons specifically designed to prepare students for these evaluations in an online study format. These resources are accessible anytime and from anywhere, providing all necessary information and support.
Each Level 4 module includes approximately 40 hours of guided instruction, with an additional 30 to 50 hours of optional instruction available. These resources encompass online materials, supplementary readings, and interactive exercises aimed at enriching the learning experience.
This course is eligible for ELCAS funding.
